I Had A Dream (Footprints)

One night I dreamed a dream
I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each science, I notice two sets
of footprints in the sand,
one belonging to me and one to my Lord.

When the last scene of my life shot before me,
I looked back at the footprints inn the sand.
There was only one set of footprints.
I realized that this was at the lowest
and saddest times of my life.
This always bothered me
and I question the Lord
about my dilemma.

“Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You.
You would walk and talk with me all the way.
But, I’m aware that during the most troublesome
times of my life there is only on e set of footprints.
I just don’t understand why, when I needed You most,
You leave me.”

He whispered, ‘My precious child,
I love you and will never leave you
never, ever, during your trails and testing.
When you saw only set of footprints
It was then that I carried you.’

请不要相信你今天看到的报纸！

今天，我休假，特地跑到店里翻报纸来看。

果然不出我们所料，报纸都是“过滤版”的报道，我报竟然连黄衣人的照片都不敢放。

昨天晚上，我们已经在讨论，主流报章会如何报道，我们说报纸一定会说有多少人被抓，人民情绪激动所以被喷水等，某位学长就说，我们可以当萧依钊了（《星洲日报》集团总编辑兼董事）。

据说《当今大马》因为太多人浏览而造成网络瘫痪，这证明了多少人想从网上寻找真相。

可能因为我无法出席，可能因为经历了血腥星期天的528，已经不会再天真地流泪了，难道是我麻木了吗？但是，心里依然很不舒服。

我很意外的，昨天才雄弟兄出席集会，他说是他的同事带他去的，他还是第一个发集会短讯给我的人。

我告诉身边的人：“今天，请不要相信你看的报纸，请不要相信我们（媒体）”，换来了哄堂大笑。

笑完以后，大家是不是应该为这个国家的前途想一想？
